I cannot comment on which one is better as it has been a long time since I visited the Prime Outlets but I was just at the Tanger and I was dissapointed in the prices at Kay B there, I know this store is bankrupt and closing but they had a 40% on all toys and I thought oh wow, what a GREAT deal. But looking at the prices it wasn't. Ben 10 figurines there were $8 when I can get them at Target now for $4, so take 40% off of $8 and Target is cheaper. The Spike 3 ft Dinosaur was almost $170 while at Toys R Us they have it regular priced at $129. Yes I can get it cheaper at Kay B but Toys R Us offer a service plan for the Dinosaur that you cannot get at Kay B. Old Navy, Gap and Old Navy were just about the same price offered at the regular mall stores just a different selection like from last year. Gymboree was the same, still I like going there because of the specialty stores like Coach, Skecher's, Puma, etc. I don't think you save that much going there versus the mall and not sure vs Grove City but is a nice place and if you really look you can still get great deals.
