i've never had to make this decision before, what would you do?
my 3 yr old has a loose cough, he's mostly covering with his elbow and he's otherwise fine. he wants to go to preschool... should i send him or keep him home?
If he doesn't have a fever and is acting ok I'd go ahead and send him if it were me.

My son seems prone to having a cough without any other symptoms. During his first half year of preschool, I kept him home all the time, but realized he was home every two weeks. Now I send him if he's otherwise ok with no fever or runny nose.
If he doesn't have a fever or other symptoms I would send him.
