My evil dishwasher got me thinking this weekend.  What appliance/car/house item are you secretly hoping will die so you can buy a new one?

What are you looking forward to replacing?

I'm not sure I can even vote because I'd really like to replace so many things!

    1. My dishwasher - It's LOUD and it takes FOREVE (seriously, like 2 hours)

    2. Washer/dryer - They're fine but they're not sexy front-loaders like I'd like

    3. Stove - I'd love stainless steel

    4. Television - We've been wanting a flat screen forever but we hate to replace our currrent TV that works just fine

    5. Furniture - Our sofas are starting to show their wear/kids abuse. I'll be excited to get new ones

    6. Countertops - I'd LOVE granite

LOL, I sound so miserable! I should add that our house is only 6 years old so nothing will be dying any time soon, I just prefer different styles! :)

May I have ten thousand marbles, please?

Okay so the ice maker in our freezer still makes ice but the moving parts no longer move the ice out and the result is this mass of ice build up that is unusable after a few days of not taking any ice out....but that's hardly a reason to replace my ugly, dented (was that way when we bought the house) side by side freezer fridge combo.  however if the freezer or fridge failed to work reliably....then I could feel less guilty and get a new one.  So I'm waiting.  And the dishwasher is a VERY VERY close second on that list....I can hardly vote between the 2.
