I was in the mall a few nights ago, getting a haircut, and was seriously blown away by the stores that are coming in there.  Blown Away.  I knew there were going to be high end stores, but to see their "coming soon" signs all in a row like they are was seriously overwhelming.

Stand where Children's Place use to be (OH DAMN, I am so sad we do not have a CP there anymore!), and you can see BCBG and Bare Escentuals.  Coming soon:  Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Michael Kors, Kate Spade & Juicy Couture.  Let's not forget... NORDSTROM!

I couldn't afford a keychain in any of those places, LOL! 

I totally agree, and was thinking the same thing. Who is going to support those stores. Like it or not, Pittsburgh is still a blue collar town and I just can't see that many people shopping at those stores on a regular basis (aside from the occasional Christmas present).  Of course we'll all be going in daily to look...just not to buy :)

Bring back Children's Place!

Yes - Pittsburgh Mills... there's another at Streets of Cranberry... but I am sorta boycotting SoC, because all these new northern strips have taken away from so many local businesses in Wexford, where I live.  :(
