The Junior League of Pittsburgh's second annual Touch-a-Truck is set for Saturday, May 30, 2009 10 a.m.-
2 p.m. in the Strip District. 

The parking lot at 15th and Smallman Streets will be booming with the vehicles and people who help build, protect and serve the Pittsburgh community. 

More than 700 people attended last year's event. Children had the opportunity to explore trucks of all shapes and sizes including fire engines, police cars, construction vehicles, a SWAT vehicle and a cement mixer. Imaginations came to life as kids got up-close to the trucks, sitting in the driver's seat, honking the horn and turning on the sirens.
